Welcome to TruxRoute Logistics (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and dispatching services. By engaging with TruxRoute Logistics, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following terms.
1. Services Provided
TruxRoute Logistics provides professional truck dispatch services to owner-operators and small fleets, including but not limited to:

Load booking and negotiation with brokers/shippers

Route planning

Back-office support and paperwork management
-
Compliance assistance
We act only as a dispatching service and not as a carrier, broker, or insurer.
2. Client Responsibilities
To receive dispatching services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information, including your MC and DOT numbers, insurance, and W-9.

Maintain all required licenses, permits, and compliance with federal/state regulations.

Maintain sufficient insurance coverage for all operations.

Be responsible for the operation and safety of your equipment, drivers, and loads.
3. Fees & Payments

Service fees are agreed upon in advance and outlined in your Dispatch Service Agreement.

Payment terms may vary (per load, weekly, or as otherwise agreed).

You remain responsible for all carrier expenses (fuel, tolls, insurance, permits, etc.).

Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services.
4. Third-Party Relationships
Our services may involve interactions with third parties, including brokers, shippers, load boards, and factoring companies.

TruxRoute Logistics is not responsible for the actions, performance, or payment terms of any third party.

All contracts for freight movement remain strictly between you (the carrier) and the broker/shipper.
5. Liability Disclaimer

TruxRoute Logistics is not responsible for accidents, delays, losses, or damages arising from transportation activities.

We are not liable for broker/shipper non-payment, load cancellations, or detention unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You agree to indemnify and hold TruxRoute Logistics harmless against claims, damages, or expenses arising from your operations.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice, subject to the terms of your Dispatch Service Agreement.
Outstanding balances must be paid in full before termination is finalized.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (text, logos, graphics, etc.) is the property of TruxRoute Logistics and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Governing Law
