Instructions:

1. Fill out each section of the onboarding packet completely.

2. Review and sign the Dispatcher Service Agreement.

3. Provide your Carrier Profile information.

4. Upload all required documents: MC Authority, W9, Certificate of Insurance (C.O.I.), and Factoring documents (if applicable).

5. Download, notarize, and upload the Limited Power of Attorney (LPOA).

6. Submit the completed packet for review.
